Can I wear these as spandex shorts for high-intensity training?  
While they contain 5% spandex for stretch, these are primarily cotton gym shorts, not full spandex shorts designed for sweat-wicking during intense cardio or running. For low- to moderate-impact activities like yoga or strength training, they perform beautifully. For heavy sweating, moisture-wicking synthetics may be preferable.

Do you offer black spandex shorts or other colors?

Are these high waist shorts?
