Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:  
- United States (USA)  
- Canada  
- United Kingdom (UK)  
- Australia  
- New Zealand  

All items in our store are eligible for shipment to these locations.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers to deliver your orders, including:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)  
- FedEx
UPS  

The carrier used will depend on your destination, shipping method, and package size.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

For USA Orders:
- Free Standard Shipping (First Class): 
  Delivery within up to 10 business days.  
  Free on all orders—no minimum required!  
- Express Second Day Shipping (Upgraded):  
  Delivery in as fast as 1 business day (next business day for most locations).  
  Additional fee applies at checkout.

For International Orders (Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand):
- Standard International Shipping:  
  Delivery within up to 12 business days.  
  Flat rate shipping fee applies.  
- Express International Shipping (Upgraded): 
  Delivery within up to 5 business days.  
  Additional fee applies at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or other external factors.

Shipping to PO Boxes & Military Addresses
Yes! We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) via USPS. Please ensure your address is correctly formatted at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take full responsibility for lost or damaged shipments. If your package doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your support email] and we’ll promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to ship every order on time, if an item is out of stock or there’s an unexpected delay, we will contact you via email, phone call, or text message to inform you and discuss next steps.

Shipping Costs
We use flat-rate shipping for all orders. The exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.  
Free shipping is available on all USA orders, no minimum purchase required.
