Return/Exchange Policy


Your satisfaction is our priority.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in new, unsoiled, unscented, unwashed and unworn condition. The item must be free of pet hair and in sellable condition.   


RETURNS:  To return the received item, please ship it back with a note stating the reason for return along with the original invoice.  


EXCHANGES:  If you would like to exchange the item, include the original invoice and leave us a note stating the color and size you would like shipped back. 


Defective/Damaged Merchandise

If you receive defective/damaged merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund.
